The U.S. Marine Corps Program Manager for Nuclear Biological Chemical Defense systems (PM-NBCD) was directed by GAO and congress to provide a capability to demonstrate Total Asset Visibility (TAV) of NBCD assets
on a small-scale as a proof-of-concept.

Coalescent Technologies was selected to provide a pilot Asset Management System to demonstrate TAV of
10,000 JSLIST overgarments as they moved through
the supply chain.

 

APPROACH

  • Draw 5,000 Chemical/Biological (JSLIST) suits from DLA stock, mark them with automated identification technology (AIT) media, and distribute JSLIST through the Marine Corps supply system to II MEF units at Camp Lejeune

  • All JSLIST used in the pilot program were returned to DLA stock upon the conclusion
    of the Pilot.
