Virtual Training Systems Contract Awarded
to Coalescent Technologies Corporation

Winter Park, Florida, September 14, 2007 - Coalescent Technologies Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a $46.8 Million dollar Task Order contract as part of the Navy’s nation-wide Seaport-Enhanced contract.  The training systems work scheduled for the next three years will be for “Virtual Training Capability Design, Development, and Support Services.”  The contract will support new and on-going developmental work with virtual training systems, distance learning, and game-based synthetic training.

The contract will be used by the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal agencies to provide: Engineering Support for Synthetic Training Environments; the Development of Interchangeable Training Models and Scenarios; Training and Documentation Support; Distance Learning Planning, Execution, and Assessment Services; Programmatic and Acquisition Support; and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process training.

Coalescent as the Prime contractor on this award will be supported by an experienced team of subcontractors including: Amelex, The Columbia Group, Cubic, Professional Solutions, SRI, Simvention, Applied Techniques Corporation, and Whitney Bradley and Brown as authorized subcontractors.
