Technical and Operational Analysis Support Task Order
Awarded to Coalescent Technologies Corporation

Winter Park, Florida, September 4, 2007 - Coalescent Technologies Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a $38,685,788 Task Order as part of the Navy’s nation-wide Seaport-Enhanced contract. The “Technical and Operational Analysis Support” work, in support of multiple individual program offices, is scheduled for the next three years. Some of the specific areas of focus will be:

  1. Requirements Review and Decision Support
  2. Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Concepts of Employment (COE) Analysis, Recommendations, Development, and Refinement
  3. PC Based Simulation Support
  4. Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) Process Training and Support
  5. Technology Assessments
  6. User Scrutiny Event (USE) Planning, Execution, and Assessment

Coalescent’s Seaport-e contract has a base period of five (5) years with two (2) additional five-year options, potentially taking it through the year of 2018. Coalescent has been awarded a nation-wide ceiling of $ 7.9 billion dollars total (potential) revenue in the first five-year period, and a total evaluated maximum contract value of slightly over $27 billion dollars if the government exercises all contract option periods.

Through our work and our approved subcontractors, Coalescent has presence and is a certified prime contractor in all seven Seaport-e Zones. For this effort, we are supported by an experienced team of subcontractors including: Amelex, Applied Techniques Corporation, Garcia information Systems, Cubic Defense Systems, EHS, and Whitney Bradley & Brown.
