Coalescent Completes Field Analysis of Chemical Agent Monitors For The Marine Corps
Orlando, Florida, November 1, 2006 – Coalescent Technologies announced today, that it has recently completed the analysis of over 700 fielded US Marine Corps Chemical Agent Monitors. Coalescent dispatched its mobile Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) Lab team to five Marine Corp locations in the U.S. to perform a functional and readiness analysis of each Chemical Agent Monitor in the Marine Corps inventory. Using sophisticated diagnostic techniques and equipment, the Coalescent team quickly determined the operational state of each detector and identified those units in need of further analysis or repair at Coalescent’s IMS Lab in Orlando, FL. Coalescent Technologies has one of the largest licensed, Chemical Agent Monitor repair facilities in the U.S. that is capable of performing rapid analysis, repair and refurbishment of various chemical agent monitors.
