Coalescent Technologies Expands Headquarters Facility in Central Florida

Orlando, Florida, October 1, 2006 – Coalescent Technologies announced today the acquisition of a new, larger corporate headquarters facility in central Florida. The larger facility was needed to meet current space requirements and anticipated 2007 corporate growth from recent competitively -won Department of Defense contracts. The new 3 story office complex is located in the City of Winter Park, Florida, and will have twice the capacity of the current headquarters building. The new facility is currently undergoing an extensive interior and exterior renovation to meet the high standards of quality and décor of the city of Winter Park. With an anticipated move date of May, 2007, the new facility will support corporate executive offices, human resources, contracts, finance, accounting, nation-wide operations management, and some research engineering functions.

Dr. Ken Whitmore, President/CEO, commented that “This is an exciting time at Coalescent Technologies. The growth of our company over the past three years has been phenomenal. We foresee continued expansion in both our customer base and breadth of new contracts.
