Orlando, Florida, April 20, 2006
– Coalescent Technologies
Corporation announced today that it
was awarded a four-year, $40,694,535
Task Order under the Navy’s
nationwide Seaport-e contract.
Under this Task
Order, the Coalescent Team will
provide broad-based asset
management, asset visibility /
tracking, and supply chain
management support services to Joint
Program Offices and other DoD
activities. The Coalescent Team for
this effort includes the firms of:
Whitney, Bradley, & Brown Inc. (WBB);
Bearing Point Inc; Garcia
Information Systems (GISC); Applied
Techniques Corporation (ATC); and
Armed Forces Training Systems (AFTS).
The support is focused primarily
within the following areas:

Development

Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
Assessments
·
Technology Assessments
·
Systems Design, Integration, and
Testing
·
Systems Engineering and Development
·
Unique Identification (UID)
Implementations
·
System Installation
·
Documentation and Training

Programmatic and Acquisition Support
·
Joint Capabilities Integration
Development System (JCIDS) Training
and Support
This individual Task Order is
awarded under the Navy Seaport-e
contract, which has a base
period of five (5) years with two
(2) additional five-year options,
potentially taking it through the
year of 2018. This is Coalescent’s
fifth Task Order award under
Seaport-e.
