Orlando, FL, September 14, 2005 – Coalescent Technologies Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a $40,100,298 Task Order as part of the Navy’s nation-wide Seaport-Enhanced contract. The “Technical and Operational Analysis Support” work, in support of multiple individual program offices, is scheduled for the next five years. Some of the specific areas of focus will be:

This individual Task Order is part of the “massive” Navy Seaport -e contract, which has an initial period of five (5) years with two (2) additional five-year options, potentially taking it through the year of 2018. Coalescent has been awarded a nation-wide ceiling of $ 7.9 billion dollars total (potential) revenue in the first five-year period, and a total evaluated maximum contract value of slightly over $ 27 billion dollars if the government exercises all contract option periods.
Coalescent as the Prime contractor on this award will be supported by an experienced team of subcontractors including: American Apex Corporation; Applied Techniques Corporation (ATC); Armed Forces Training Systems, Inc, (AFTS); Constellation Technology Corporation; Garcia Information Systems Corporation (GISC); LogConGrp, Inc; Metocean Data Systems; SRI International; Sweet Analysis Systems, Inc.; Whitney Bradley and Brown Inc. (WB&B); and WOLFPAC Corporation.

Coalescent currently maintains offices at two of the Warfare Centers - the NSWC Panama City, Florida and the Indian Head Division of NSWC in Maryland. Both are positioned to serve the technical needs of the Navy through this Seaport-Enhanced prime contract. These are augmented by our offices and operational locations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Through our work and our approved subcontractors, Coalescent has presence in six of the seven Seaport-e Zones.
