Orlando, FL. – June 26, 2002 – Coalescent Technologies Corporation as part of the team led by Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) was awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to provide services support to the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Quantico, VA, for research and development, acquisition, life-cycle support, and all related activities associated with fielding support equipment, weapons systems, and product improvements to the Fleet Marine Forces.

The team was one of twenty-two teams selected by the Acquisition Center for Support Services, Marine Corps Systems Command, for a prime award in the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule-based BPA, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity venture, which has an overall ceiling of $3 billion.

Some of the specific services the Northrop Grumman team will provide MCSC under the contract include professional IT services, acquisition support, systems analysis and design, information systems engineering and integration, network engineering, data/records management, information assurance, and IT standards development and management. Coalescent Technologies Corporation will focus its efforts in the systems analysis and design domain.
